Case study: Pinnacle Hardware
Pinnacle Hardware is a dedicated home improvement products supplier to the DIY market. They specialise in storage solutions, garden sheds and pet enclosures, hardware and fasteners. They distribute through a large hardware retail chain.
9Pinnacle began operations out of new premises in 2017. They needed internal and external signage that communicates the energy of their brand and their core attributes of value and quality. To achieve this, all signage demonstrates quality through design and materials, while remaining restrained in scale.
Signarama Dandenong Solution:
Their brand manager had a clear vision for the presentation of the new entity to both their major client and their own staff. To achieve this, we proposed the extensive use of acrylic in the interior for both showroom and offices as a means of communicating quality and durability. We used painted CNC cut 3mm acrylic letters on the wall of the sales office. This gave a more impactful look than vinyl graphics, and the freshly painted interior walls would not have provided reliable adhesion for vinyl. Pinnacle were so pleased with our work that they asked us to design and make the freestanding showroom displays to promote their ranges of chain & wire rope, fasteners, door furniture and storage hangers.
We were dealing with their brand manager, Aaron who had clear ideas on what he required. Our detailed proofing process kept Aaron informed of our development progress and made it easy for us to communicate ideas, and for him to respond.
For external signs, we provided identification signage at gates, building, parking and pylon signage.
We supplied a range of internal graphcs and fixtures. For the showroom and offices we provided printed wallpaper, glass frosting, dimensional letters, reception signs plus wall mounted and freestanding product displays. We supplied line marking and safety signage in the warehouse.
Pinnacle Hardware were very pleased with our service and quality. They demonstrated this by keeping us on the project for items outside the original signage brief. We became a ‘one stop shop’ for them.
